Uniqall is a company established with purpose/idea of using
software (HMP-host media processing) instead of hardware
in Computer Telephony. We have developed solution - Gridborg.
- Idea was born in 2001 when very few believed in us....
but we believed in VoIP and Moore's law.

Our idea is based on fact that during last decade two
major forces (VoIP & Moore's Law) changed position of:
- PSTN Connectivity (related to VoIP). With
VoIP growing at present rates, computer telephony
applications do not need to be attached directly to
circuit switched networks anymore. Actually, if the
application needs to be future-proof, the IP networks
are the right place to be.
- DSP based media processing (related to Moore's law).
Moore's law made generic x86 processors on hosts more than
powerful enough for the purpose of handling media processing
tasks that were previously handled by dedicated digital
signal processors embedded within telephony boards.

Actually, we could lower down costs and improve performances
by integrating Gridborg HMP into number of solutions (especially
for integrators and communication solution companies).
Communication and network equipment vendors are also our market.
Gridborg is able to run even on routers and switches (doing call
control and media processing).
